Day 4: Canyoning

Canyoning is a local thrill-seeker activity. In the brochure it is described like this:
Canyoning is very different from rock climbing as there is no climbing involved and the way is always downstream. Canyonists use static rope to allow safe descent with better strength and abrasion resistance.

Basically it's repelling through small waterfalls.
I will not be doing any canyoning while I am here in Quebec. Make that anywhere. Ever.

Then there is this little activity. Crossing canyons on a cable.
Also out of the question!

Actually, I will be avoiding any and all activities that involve safety harnesses and/or helmets!
